Review: 2016 Chevrolet Camaro 2.0L Turbo

I review the 2016 Chevrolet Camaro with the base 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo engine and the 1LT trim level and automatic transmission. What do you think about this base model and base engine?

  1. Thanks for the great reviews on the different Camaro trims available. But this is where I'm curious: If you put regular fuel in the 4-cylinder turbo, how does the torque compare to the V6 version? Also, how long will the turbo survive on regular before you need to go premium with it?

  2. As I can hear from this video and compare with the one that you did for Charger, it doesn't seem to be as quiet as Charger when you go for a road trip? Did I understand that well?

  3. The Camaro is really cool, but optioning up for performance is significantly more expensive. Even the floor mats cost $60.00 more than the Mustang's. They made up the cost elsewhere to keep the base price low. That being said I do like the looks of the Camaro but still just can't stand that interior, and the visibility is borderline dangerous It'd be a great track day car, but as a daily driver I think the Mustang is the way better compromise..

  4. excellent reviewer….i think the camaro is a better looking car than the mustang….the mustang's face is just too jumbled looking..not harmonious design…..though the mustang's interior looks nicer to me..

  5. Little info for people, eco boost mustang has more power and better handling. The reason the base Eco mustang is set up the way it is, for the lower end price point. You get a lot for saving a lot of money. Plus the visibility is great in a mustang. Let's talk about the tranny, I drive a 8 speed and yes it's great because of gas mileage. When you try to have power in 8th gear(dropping gears) there is a lag. The Ford Mustang is quick and on point. Do not buy a camaro
